About Sandi Rimer

Recognized as a talented negotiator and a creative problem solver, Sandi Rimer has built an impeccable reputation in San Diego real estate.  With a long and noteworthy career spanning four decades, Sandi is the agent clients turn to when a situation demands the utmost level of finesse, professionalism, research and resourcefulness.

Along with her vast experience in real estate, which encompasses the marketing and sale of residential and commercial properties, Sandi’s advice and guidance are informed by years of academic training in architecture and engineering.  A graduate of the University of Redlands, where she earned a degree in Business and Management, she is known for her ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver seamless, hassle-free closings.

Sandi attributes her success and longevity in real estate to her love for working with people and passion for helping them achieve their goals, whether buying, selling or investing.  Providing her clients with the resources they need to make informed decisions is a matter of pride for her, so she has continually worked to further her education.

To provide her clients with the highest possible standard of service and support, Sandi completed a number of education-based designations in the areas of probate and trust, divorce sales, short sales and foreclosures.  As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, she is a sought after consultant for clients and probate attorneys interested in useful guidance pertaining to real estate trusts, property valuations, estate sales and conservatorships.

Aside from her experience and depth of real estate knowledge, Sandi has excelled as a result of her lively sense of humor and compassionate, hands-on approach.  Serving buyers, sellers and investors in North County San Diego, the I-8 corridor, North/South Park, Hillcrest and the coastal communities, she also runs a small property management company to support the interests of her clients.

Sandi loves serving the community where she lives and works. With a long history of volunteer work for Rotary International that began in 1988, she has held a variety of top-level positions, including serving as the first female Rotary District Governor for San Diego and Imperial Counties and Rotary Foundation Chair.
