Opportunity awaits! Bring your vision to this rarely available ocean view fixer located on a cul de sac within blocks of Cedros Design District, train station and Fletcher Cove. Possibility to add on to existing structure. Current home is one level with wood ceilings, floor to ceiling windows - mid-century modern flair. Newer roof on main home. According to the owner, this home was a model home in the 1940's! The street is lined with homes that have been rebuilt and remodeled. A hidden gem.
